Seosko gospodarstvo Ivić, Drinovci
The picturesque Miljevci villages are located betveen rivers Krka i Čikola, where the continental and Mediterranean climate merge, at a Karst and rocky plateau with rich valleys, in the area of low hornbeam, oak and juniper vegetation with droughty summers and strong north-eastern wind in winter. Drinovci, one of the villages, is the birthplace of the Ivić family.
The art of making pršut (smoked ham) has been perserved and developed in our family for generations. This tradition is over 40 years long and we are among the first producers on the area. We also make quality wine of autochtonous grapes sorts, such as debit, babić, plavina, lasin, as well as cheese of cow)s milk.
We have engaged in rural tourism since 1989. Our facility is rotund, which reminds of bunje (traditional stone cottages), and is adapted to provide full service. Its seating capacity is 70 people inside and 100 people on a terrace. All offered products are produced on our farm, and can be visited. We are situated at the boarder of Krka National Park, only 1,5 km away from the river Krka.
